Rice Krispies Treats with Dry Fruit

INGREDIENTS
•6 cups of Rice Krispies
•½ cup whole grain cheerios
•5 cups of jet-puffed marshmallows
•3 tablespoons of butter
•½ cup of diced dried apricots
•½ cup of dried cranberries
•½ cup of raisins
•1/3 cup shredded coconut
•1 cup of mini marshmallows
•1/cup of white chocolate chips
•½ cup candy melts dark chocolate
DIRECTIONS
•As you prepare this dish, save a small quantity of every ingredient, untouched, for your muffin tin presentation.
•In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
•Add cereals and dried fruit until well coated.
•When cooled enough, add mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. (if added too soon, they will melt and make a big mess).
•Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread out mixture into it. Press it down and cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
•Cut into granola bar shape and lay on a baking sheet separately.
•Melt chocolate in a Pyrex container in microwave, about 25 seconds, 2-3 times. Transfer into a Ziploc bag and cut a small hole in corner to use to squeeze out a chocolate swirl over Rice Krispies treats.
